Used startup script via deployment manager metadata and apache starts successfully, but lab didn't give credit for the use. If there is a specific method being probed for startup script use then the lab needs to be more explicit about which specific method is being asked for.

The templates are already all updated to create firewall, allow traffic, and configure with startup script. Proven by just immediately deploying the config. If other changes need to be made, you need to be much more explicit
