instructions inconsistent with each other, scoring criteria unclear one section mentions a vm that "points to the startup script", but there is no mention of that script anywhere else. it also says to create a firewall rule to allow http access, but another part says to make sure the host cannot be accessed from the internet. additionally, neither of these were needed to get a score of 100 finally, it should be made more clear that setting up IIS on the windows server is a requirement (like in one of the bulleted lists)
