Visula C runtime was missing from the workstation - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) ... this caused an msvcr100.dll error. I also had isues with the instructions related to the "hr" account & eventaually had to complete the lab using the system account instead.

Database account "hr" was locked on remote database. I was unable to complete this lab. Error message: ORA-28000: this account is locked
