need to update links for visual studio and AWS toolkit. Community 2015 no longer available and AWS toolkit for VS2017 needed

Not impress most of lab time is spent setting up Visual Studio. Also Lab require VS2015 which is no longer avalible only VS2017and AWS SDK currently does not support VS2017
