Using Windows Server Storage Spaces with Amazon EBS Reviews

1) some instructions were wrong/unclear, eg. enabling iscsi tools on the server 2) the set-physicaldisk ... -mediatype command failed with the error that -mediatype doesn't exist. Googling reveals that this is the correct syntax, so I don't know if it is a mismatch in version of powershell, or some add-in is required and missing from the image, or something like that
