Perms didn't allow DynamoDB dashboard capacity viewing -- but I could still click on each table and update write capacity to 2 units per qls table, so still quick and productive, but a bit of a snag near the end that disrupted flow.

The instructions do not work without the lab account and in my opinion it is crucial that I can make them work in my own account, in a real world project.
