The bot initially doesn't work with "I can't log in", needs additional training phrases
This lab goes through a complex integration. Fullfilling all the steps alone is quite tedious. I would probably seek templates like this to test my own ideas.

Was not able to import file
AWESOME LAB! However, mind to instruct students at SELECT * FROM `helpdesk.issues` LIMIT 1000 That the import may give it the name "Issues" with capital I. A student may think that, by substituting i for I in the code it will solve all problems, but it doesn't due to test completed task validation... it's better to delete the dataset / table and start from scratch. Other than that... great lab! Thanks.
