facing permission issues - not able to create the cluster.

Very bad experience, 1. I was kicked off in the middle of lab as I was told I wasn't following the instruction without further details. Even I didn't mean it, I was told my account might be blocked. How can I avoid it wihtout being told the reason? 2. It takes the cluster very long to be ready while the lab length is only 30 mins, It is not even long enough for the simple cluster to be up and running!
